Visit to daddy's work place at Princeton University / Babamizin calistigi Princeton Universitesi'ne ziyaret

One of our weekend trips was to Princeton University, to see where daddy has been working for the whole year. To our pleasure, the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the day.

Hafta sonu gezilerimizden birini babamizin bu sene calistigi Princeton Universitesi'ne yaptik. Hava harikaydi.

Father and son exploring the surroundings
Something that's unfamiliar for non-Turks: we buried the fallen cord stub of the son of our close friend, and also of Yuksel's brother's son in the ground at the Princeton U. It's an old tradition, that's supposedly going to help these boys to go to good schools, and be successful in the future. Derin's cord stub is buried in Harvard, as I explained in an earlier entry.
Derin doing some digging...nothing to do with cord stubs :)

Baby Einstein... right in front of the house where Einstein apparently lived during his time at Princeton U.
Derin watching big boys and girls work on their juggling skills

Aww!

My little man!

Trio.
And with grandma, in front of daddy's office building

Yo!

Practicing for future public speech opportunities. I taught him about the assertive hand-on-the-table gesture. Ha!
